কিছুদিন আগে আমার শুভাকাংক্ষীদের(!) কেউ আমার নামে ইমেইল স্পুফিং করেছিলো বেশ ঘটা করে। এরপর থেকেই চিন্তা করছিলাম আমার নিজের নামের ডোমেইন এ গুগোলের ইমেইল সার্ভিস টা এড করবো। আজকে অফিস থেকে দুপুরেই ফিরে আসছিলাম ছোট বেবিকে মান্থলী চেক আপ করাবো বলে। এপয়েন্টমেন্ট ছিলো বিকাল ৩ টা ৪০ মিনিটে। পুরো ৫ টার সময় বাসায় ফিরলাম চেক আপ এর কাজ শেষে।

বাসায় এসে ব্লগিং, ফেইসবুকিং শেষে নিজের ডোমেইনে das.gupta এট সুশান্ত ডট নেট টা এড করলাম। পরে আমার যাবতীয় ই-মেইল ফরোয়ার্ড করলাম।

টেস্ট করে দেখলাম ইনকামিং এন্ড আউটগোয়িং দুইটাই কাজ করছে। আমি এই ঠিকানায়ই আছি এবং এখন থেকে  এই আইডি’র বাইরে যে কোন ইমেইল আমার নয়- এই বলে ঘোষনা করা হলো।[ যদি ও এই আইডি থেকেও  ইমেইল স্পুফিং হতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে প্রাপকদের অনুরোধ করবো যে কোন প্রতিক্রিয়া দেখানোর পূর্বে আমার সাথে একবার যোগাযোগ করতে।]

উল্লেখ্য যে, আমার পূর্বের সকল ই-মেইল সক্রিয় আছে, যে কোন আইডিতে  প্রেরিত ই-মেইল আমার এই das.gupta এট সুশান্ত ডট নেট তে আসবে এবং যথারীতি এই আইডি থেকেই আমি সকল ইমেইল এর রিপ্লাই ও দেবো।

Well, I discovered my first real problem with my Iphone.

No matter what mode I was in, or how my phone was set up, I was getting the constant message, “This accessory was not made to work with iPhone.” It asked me below the headline if I wanted to set the phone to Airline mode.

Thing is, there was NOTHING plugged into my phone. I did a reset, tried blowing some compressed air into the dock port and headphone port to loosen any dust that may have been the cause, to no avail.

I did a restore and reset to see if this was somehow software related. It started gradually and incrementally, but now is constantly happening.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this so far.

Then I decided to call to Apple customer care. I explained the problem to the receiver at Apple Customer care team. He told me not to be worried. I was asked to send the phone to them and they will replace it.

Fine, day after the phone call, one of the men from the Courier Company UPS came to my home and took the phone back.

Surprisingly, I got a new Iphone back within very short time.
